ABOUT LEON CHEN

I've called the Atlanta area home since 1995, and I've watched the North Atlanta metro transform over three decades — from quiet suburbs into some of the most sought-after communities in the region. That firsthand history gives me a real feel for these neighborhoods, not just a market report version of them.

Before real estate, I spent fifteen years in financial planning and analysis with a global hospitality giant, where I specialized in forecasting and business partnering. I bring that same skill set to every listing and every offer: pricing homes accurately based on real data instead of guesswork, and negotiating with the discipline of someone who's spent a career making the numbers work in a client's favor. What draws me to real estate is simple — buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a family will make, financially and emotionally, and I genuinely enjoy being the steady, knowledgeable partner people need through that process. No pressure, no scripts, just honest guidance grounded in real numbers and three decades of watching this area grow.

I hold an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Based in Peachtree Corners and licensed in Georgia, I'm building my practice one relationship at a time — and I'd be glad to help you navigate yours,
whether you're buying your first home, selling to move up, or investing in this market I know so well.
